IMMEDIATE IMPLANT

IMMEDIATE IMPLANT

Nowadays in some cases  an implant can be immediately inserted for  replacing an extracted tooth. This solution is not always possible and in many cases it is better to avoid it: the risk of “rejection” or loss of the implants  is very high. When a tooth is removed due to an  infection or the quantity or the quality of the bone is poor it is better to wait a few months before inserting an implant.  The dentist has the skill to choose the most suitable technique in each case. If there is no infection, if the remaining bone is sufficient, if the muscle activity of the patient is not very high, we can replace a tooth or several teeth with one or more implants within 24 hours.
